Your Partner for Reliable Workers
Celebrating a history of service excellence.
For over 80 years, the Jamaica Central Labour Organisation has proudly connected Jamaican workers with meaningful opportunities across the United States. Our story began in 1943, answering the call for skilled farmworkers during World War II. Built on trust and a legacy of excellence, we have grown to support thousands of workers in agriculture and hospitality, partnering with hundreds of employers across 30 states. Today, JCLO remains the trusted bridge to opportunity, strengthening industries and transforming lives with every season.
